I did the first Games Open WOD for “fun” since I’m not participating in the Open officially. I hit 80 which was the minimum I was looking to hit, so that’s OK. I was hoping I could will power my way to above 90, but it just wasn’t happening. I could blame it on doing a 5x5 of press before, but my legs were the sorest part when I was doing them. 80 isn’t too bad for my first month back, but I still have a ways to go.
